Dashboard Overview

The Caelis dashboard provides a centralized view of your incidents and system information.

My Incidents Section

View all incidents assigned to you with filtering options:

• Status Filter: Filter by incident status (New, In Progress, Resolved, etc.)
• Priority Filter: Filter by priority level (Critical, High, Medium, Low)
• Category Filter: Filter by incident category
• Search: Quick search across incident titles and descriptions

Quick Actions

• Create new incidents
• Access user settings
• View system notifications
